Eisberg is a unique and vibrant dessert and coffee destination in the heart of Helen, Georgia. We are passionate about creating delicious experiences that delight our customers, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team. If you’re enthusiastic, creative, and ready to contribute to a fun, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!


We are looking to fill these positions immediately:


1. Associate/Team Member

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
  • Prepare and serve rolled ice cream, coffee, and other menu items following company recipes and standards.
  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for the next shift or day.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for ice cream, coffee, and creating memorable customer experiences required!


2. Store Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory, staff schedules, and store cleanliness.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain records and report on store performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a dedication to ensure that the store runs smoothly.
  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail.


3. Social Media and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, posts) for IG, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels, interact with followers, and respond to customer inquiries. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Help manage brand website.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Creativity in content creation and a keen eye for trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and photo/video editing tools is a plus.


4. Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to staff.
  • Maintain and organize all financial records, including filing reports, receipts, and other important documents.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial health of the business.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an office manager, bookkeeper, or similar role, OR the desire and drive to learn these skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


5. Executive Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the owner, managing schedules, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, including running errands and organizing files.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude.
